Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Aox VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').
By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify or distribute the App or its related trademarks, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or fees and will notify users in an appropriate manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the relevant terms of those providers.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signals, local network policies or carrier restrictions. Mobile data or roaming charges may arise when the App is used outside Wi-Fi or while roaming, and those charges are borne by the user.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If service access fails because of device battery depletion, system faults, third-party platform changes or uncontrollable network events, it is not covered by compensation. We strive to maintain route information, client compatibility and security updates, but we do not guarantee that any third-party content or platform will remain permanently available. The Service Provider may update, suspend or terminate App services when necessary. After termination, users must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Software service orders are generally final once completed. If a license, subscription entitlement or digital access has been provided, refund requests are not normally accepted.
Product Evaluation: We encourage users to evaluate the free version, demo or trial benefits before purchasing to confirm that the client, routes and features work in their own network environment.
Customer Support: If you encounter installation, connection or account issues, contact support and we will help troubleshoot and provide necessary guidance.
Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect normal use. We will try to resolve and restore service, but troubleshooting does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys, account entitlements or digital access are shared, resold or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
