We aim to provide the service with clear notice, reasonable data minimization and appropriate security safeguards.

When you download, launch or use the App, we may collect information necessary to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app paths, connection status and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate location information. This information is mainly used for: 1. Node recommendation based on Aox VPN route availability; 2. Performance optimization through aggregated and anonymized connection statistics; 3. Service notices such as important updates, security alerts and account-related messages sent through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, etc.) for crash analysis, statistics and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties: 1. Compliance with judicial, administrative or regulatory procedures; 2. Situations necessary to protect users' life or property safety or investigate fraud; 3. Cooperation with entrusted providers that have accepted confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. If you need to close your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it after confirmation. Guardians may also contact us through the email above for necessary handling.
